Parcelon brings together seasoned professionals from varied disciplines to assess distressed assets and portfolios, develop strategies to preserve and maximize their value and execute on those strategies. Our team of professionals includes acquisition and development professionals, lawyers, banking professionals, sales, marketing and leasing professionals and asset and property management professionals. Parcelon's breadth of expertise allows us to efficiently utilize each of these professionals as necessary to address swiftly any issue we encounter as a Receiver.

Upon appointment as a Receiver, we follow a well established set of procedures to:

i) Quickly obtain control of the assets of the receivership estate;

ii) "Triage" the property to ascertain the existence of any conditions which might cause a substantial loss to the receivership estate;

iii) Develop a strategy for protecting and maximizing the value of the receivership estate;

iv) Communicate to tenants, vendors and other relevant parties the existence of the receivership and what it means to them;

v) Complete a comprehensive due diligence on the property; and

vi) Interact with the Court, attend hearings and provide regular comprehensive reports to the court detailing activities of the receivership estate. 

Parcelon will execute a comprehensive strategy subject to the priorities established by the Court after input from the interested parties.
